Terrible Service. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Roots on 28th of July, 2024. As someone who values good dining experiences, I was very dissatisfied with the level of service provided during my visit.The manager was very disrespectful. The waitstaff took an excessive amount of time to serve our preordered food. The service we experienced was not what I expected from a restaurant of your reputation. Not only was the staff inattentive, but the overall dining experience was far below the standard we had anticipated given that it was a party where the food was preordered days before. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and to receive timely and courteous service. I hope that you will address these issues with your team to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. It would be reassuring to know that your restaurant is taking steps to improve its service standards. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,200–1,400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Worst place to celebrate birthday or any other parties. Disgusted by the service team. The manager should learn to be respectful towards the customers. He was very rude.
