Very disappointing experience at Roll Mania! I ordered a Cheesy Chicken Barbeque Roll worth ₹170, but there was absolutely no cheese in it — even though the product name clearly mentions it. To make it worse, there were only 3 tiny pieces of chicken inside the roll. When I questioned this, the staff behaved very rudely and arrogantly instead of listening or resolving the issue. This kind of poor quality food and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. If you can’t provide what’s promised on your menu, at least train your staff to treat customers with respect. Extremely disappointed — not worth the money or the experience. I’m never visiting this outlet again and strongly recommend everyone to avoid it.
