Today I visited your shop in the afternoon, but unfortunately the quality of the shawarma was extremely disappointing—I'd rate it 1/10 compared to how it tasted when I last ate there about six months ago. I ordered a shawarma bowl for takeaway and specifically asked for the mayonnaise to be packed separately. However, it was mixed into the bowl, and when I requested it separately, the owner refused to provide it. This experience was very unsatisfactory.
