I ordered the Roll Baby Roll's Butter Chicken Masala from the Velachery Grand Mall outlet via Swiggy, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The chicken was dry, chewy, and completely lacked the rich flavor of butter chicken. There was barely any chicken inside the roll despite paying nearly ₹200. To make matters worse, the wrap itself was overcooked and burnt in several places, forcing me to eat around the burnt sections. This was a letdown, especially since I’ve had much better experiences from this brand in the past. I hope the outlet seriously improves its quality control and ensures that customers receive food that matches the brand’s usual standards. Food: 1

We ordered a chicken peri peri roll single. Hardly 3 pieces of chicken inside and they charged us 210 for it. Very disappointed. Try the chaat shop next to it if you want to feel good and satisfied with the food. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
