We visited W Rock Pool, Goa for a sundowner and good food and had pre-booked in advance, clearly mentioning that half our table required Jain food. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. We were seated at 5:40 PM. Upon asking the server about Jain options, the staff seemed completely unaware and said they would call the chef—who never came. We were already hungry, and after asking another server, we were told Jain nachos and pizza were available. The server assured us the nachos were Jain, but they clearly contained onion pieces. Even after reconfirming, we were wrongly assured until we pointed it out ourselves. This was unacceptable, especially given dietary restrictions. Service continued to deteriorate. We had to request cutlery, plates, tissues, and water at least 8 times, yet most of it never arrived. At 7:30 PM, we asked to speak to a manager. After a delay, Shreya, who introduced herself as the acting manager, came over. We explained everything again, and she promised to resend two dishes we liked along with basic table essentials. Nothing arrived even by 8:15 PM. With an infant at the table who was hungry, we requested hot steamed rice. What was served was half-cooked jasmine rice, despite clearly explaining it was for a baby. At this point, we were completely done. We had already paid ₹11,000, stood up to leave, and again asked for the manager. This time Pridha came in, and we had to explain the entire situation for the fourth time. While she did attempt to help, after being hungry from 5:30 PM to nearly 9:00 PM, we chose to leave. We were told there would be a follow-up call, which never happened. The view and vibe are great, but the staff lacks basic training, communication, and awareness of dietary requirements. For a place of this scale and reputation, the experience was shocking. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was really most amazing experience at Rockpool Goa. The staff was really humble and everything was managed really well. The sunset view was best from here and it was really calming and soothing. The swimming pool and food added a charm to this wonderful trip to Goa. Shoutout to Rockpool Goa. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
