Don’t book from here the behaviour is not good they doesn’t refund… Please avoid this cottage in Agonda Beach — it was the worst experience. They took my money and refused to refund despite multiple follow-ups. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere. And now the manager blocked me from everywhere and told that you’ll get owner number and ask him for the refund and the manager blocked me afterwards.

Please don’t visit here they are not good in behaviour and the place is not clean and good for all don’t visit here really bad washrooms are really bad don’t do this mistake for booking we have to canceled our booking due to family emergency and they are not refunding us the amount they have blocked us from everywhere And not refunding we have stayed their for 1 hour only

We had the pleasure of staying at Arya Cottages for 3 days, from 17th Feb to 19th Feb, and it was a truly memorable experience. We booked a beach-facing cottage on the upper floor, and the view from the room itself was simply breathtaking – waking up to the sound of waves and watching the sunset right from the balcony was magical. The room was clean, neat, and well-maintained, providing all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. A big shoutout to Manager Adarsh, who was extremely sweet, humble, and always ready to help. He even arranged a rented bike for us without any hassle, which made our local travel super convenient. The food quality was top-notch, with every dish cooked to perfection. We tried butter chicken, fried rice, and the fish thali – all were delicious! Though the food is a bit on the pricier side, the taste and quality definitely made it worth it. We were also lucky to meet Mr. Jai, the owner of the property. A truly humble and kind-hearted person, he took time to chat with us and shared some interesting stories about Arya Cottages and the beauty of Agonda. His personal touch made the experience even more special. During our stay, we even made a new Irish friend named Sinead, a beautiful soul with a warm personality. We exchanged contact details and hope to meet her again someday – it was one of those unexpected connections that make trips even more memorable. The property has ample parking space, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing – perfect for a quiet beachside vacation. We highly recommend booking a sea-facing room to enjoy the best views Agonda has to offer. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and we’re already looking forward to visiting again soon!
