Stayed here for 2 days, paying ₹4,500 per night—what a waste. They claim to be a "3-star" property, but honestly, I wouldn't even give them half a star. 1. The place looks nothing like the pictures. The furniture is ancient and falling apart. The bed? More like a hammock with a giant hole in the middle. The shower barely worked, and the toilet seat looked like it had survived a war. 2. I booked through Goibibo, and for three days, the staff insisted they hadn't received the payment—despite my Goibibo voucher clearly showing "PAID." I had to argue just to prove I wasn’t staying there for free. 3. Breakfast? Oh, you get to pick one sad item from a list of five. And even that tasted like disappointment. 4. The check-in process was a joke. Everyone, and I mean *everyone*, was left waiting for hours. A minimum 30-minute delay seemed to be the standard welcome. If this is what a "3-star" hotel is, I’d hate to see what their idea of 1-star looks like. Avoid this place unless you enjoy overpaying for misery.

The worst rooms. Expensive. As soon as we reached the AC was not working in the room, repeated complaints to the staff was ignored and they kept telling us that the voltage is low. The whole night the AC didn't work. The next is the bed. It is very uncomfortable. I wouldn't suggest this to anyone. Better to sleep on the streets than in their rooms since the streets will be cooler. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Good Place , Helpful staff, I came here and stayed with my friends 3 years back and again this year with my wife and my experience has been really great. Walkability: 2 minutes walk to beach Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet, Great value
