Ordered only 2 shakes and sizzling brownie almost waited for an hour even it’s Thursday afternoon 2pm. Why it’s take around 1 hr and when I am typing this time is around 2.45pm. Very poor service Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

Very very worst experience with Rich 'n' Creamy. The cake (Rainbow Forest) which I bought is not worth of it's price(₹1180 including for the heart shape for that they charged extra ₹150). Taste is also very pathetic. And the way he made the cake and it's look and feel also very pathetic. And while getting the cake I've requested to make that as very special like provide toppers and sprinkles, but that guy simply refused. Even he didn't hear what I said. I was really frustrated.
