I went to eat ice cream but not available, so decided to drink milkshake and ordered two vanilla milkshake it was self service so I gave the token and the guy made it and served to the guys who came after me and after saying he took it from their table and gave it to me and the milk shake had heavy fridge coolant smell and I can't even drink it and its too watery not good,. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹1–200

Very very worst experience with Rich 'n' Creamy. The cake (Rainbow Forest) which I bought is not worth of it's price(₹1180 including for the heart shape for that they charged extra ₹150). Taste is also very pathetic. And the way he made the cake and it's look and feel also very pathetic. And while getting the cake I've requested to make that as very special like provide toppers and sprinkles, but that guy simply refused. Even he didn't hear what I said. I was really frustrated. I believe my review will be useful for the person who tries to surprise your lovable one. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200
