We had ordered our 25th Anniversary 2 tier cake @Nicky’s cafe and fine pastries, Madipakkam. Ms. Vaishnavi handled this entire order very smoothly and made sure it was delivered on time, just the way we wanted it. Cake was looking picture perfect and its taste was amazing. We had ordered butterscotch for top layer and bottom layer was chocolate. Both layers were delicious and cake was nice and moist. Our guests were asking from where we had ordered. The beauty and taste of the cake has made our day very special , thanks to Vaishnavi and the makers of this cake Service: Delivery Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Customized Cake of the Day

I have placed an order for a customized cake which my son was eagerly looking forward to for his birthday.! Since the initial estimation was bit high over our budget, i have given my budget and they have adjusted the materials used, but quality was not compromised at all, and everything on cake was edible too. The final output of design and taste was exceptional and everyone inquired about it.! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

1/5 Terrible experience with Nicky's Cafe! Ordered a cake for a kids' birthday party, scheduled for delivery between 5-7 PM. Not only did it not arrive on time, but even by 7:30 PM, the bakery had no clue where it was. Guests started leaving, kids got restless, and the entire party was thrown into chaos. A birthday cake is the centerpiece of a celebration, and their lack of responsibility completely ruined the experience. No proper communication, no tracking, and no solution offered. Absolutely unacceptable service. If you're planning a special occasion, I strongly advise against relying on them.
