if not able to deliver atleast inform before ordering, have ruined the birthday celebrations, also didnt wrote the happy birthday message even after telephonically coordination

It was really overpriced, even on the pastry the price was given as Rs. 40, but they charged Rs. 90 for such a small piece. Not worth money.?

I ordered 4 pastries but ribbons and ballons sent only 2 pastries. After placing order the outlet called and said that we have only 2 pastries left. I asked why did you accept the order when it was not available with you to which he replied the company charges them for not accepting orders. the outlet owner was very rude and had very casual attitude. Kindly refund my money.
