I recently ordered a cake from 'Cakes N Balloons' late at night for my brother's birthday. I specifically requested twice for a Birthday tag with Name to be added. Disappointingly, while the outlet accepted my instructions, the cake was delivered without the tag.Although the cake itself was ok, the overall experience was dreadful. It's difficult to trust a brand that disregards customer requests and misleads them. We had planned a late-night celebration, but 'Cakes N Balloons' ruined it by pretending to accept my instructions and failing to deliver. This lack of respect for customers is unacceptable.
