I used to be a regular customer here about three years ago, for almost two years, when my kid’s class was in the vicinity. I was fond of their croissant sandwich — it was tasty and filling at the same time. It never disappointed. Today, I happened to be in the area after nearly three years, and the memories pulled me back to this place. I ordered my usual favorite. To my surprise, the croissant had shrunk to nearly half its original size, the stuffing wasn’t as generous as it used to be, and the fries were missing. The only relief was that the croissant’s quality and the taste of the filling were still as good as I remembered. I even checked an old photo of the sandwich from three years ago, just to be sure — and the difference was obvious. Businesses should realize that while new customers help you grow, it’s the repeat customers who sustain you. If you keep compromising like this, it’ll be hard to go far.

Bad experience. My friend and i were basically asked to order or leave. We are repeat, paying customers. Many tables were empty and his excuse was "we dont allow work to be done here post 5pm". Utter bullshit. Place and coffee is good but service is horrible. Edit:. Same service about a year later even though I am a paying customer with a drink and food on my table, I am asked to leave. I'm incredibly excited about Felice Pasticceria's upcoming relocation next to Barometer near City Pride. While the new spot promises even greater convenience and a fresh start, I'll definitely miss the serene, open ambiance of their current location.
