To try nicely cooked doughnuts is a truly nice idea. Food delivery is a big plus of Ribbons and Balloons - The Cake Shop. Many guests say that the staff is accommodating at this place. A lot of reviewers mark that the service is good. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

The staff is very very rude, especially the girl. Made faces and spoke in an irritated tone. If you want to run a business your staff should learn a thing or two about customer service first. Doesn't deserve even 1 star for the service. Left the shop very irritated and I have no plans on returning again. Service: 1

Staff in "shivdham area" are absolutely mannerless, disrespects the customers by making wierd expressions, and judges customers based on their dressing. I asked them to pack chocolate cake they packed mango cake, lack of listening skill. Service: Take out Food: 4 Service: 1
