The place and food were pathetic. I found a cockroach in my side dish, and when I asked the manager about it, he behaved rudely with me and asked me to pay half the price of the item I ordered. I'll never go to such a useless place again; the hospitality is below bar. I visited the Sibbu Palace (Ambernath) very first time recently with my family for dinner. But had very worst experience in terms of service. Staff was not listening order properly and brought the dishes on the table. But when we said that this is not the dish which we ordered and they were not even ready to accept their fault. We paid the amount for the dish we had not ordered and had to come out without eating our main course. Prices are also very high. We had given the feedback to the bill counter but don't know whether they have taken the feedback seriously or not. We will never vist this restaurant again and will also not recommend this to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
