Unfortunately, if you look through the visitors' reviews, the staff is accommodating at this restaurant. Professional service is something guests like here. Room & Facilities 1) Rooms were average, but the washrooms had visible dirty stains, which was disappointing. 2) No vanity kit was provided. 3) No complimentary water bottles were available in the room. 4) Beds were extremely hard, almost like sleeping directly on plywood, making it uncomfortable to rest. Food & Dining 1) Food quality was below expectations. 2) The dosa and aloo paratha seemed to be prepared with smelly oil, which affected the taste and overall dining experience.
