The staff Sohail was rude and he try to prove himself as smart and never listen to what customer says. I asked for Niyaz spl biryani, and he served me Hyderabadi biryani and argues that was the same. When I insisted to get APL biryani, he says, he can not take back once it brought it to table. Are you for real Niyaz biryani? I did not see this kind of behaviour in Belgaum branches. Worst behaviour of a food supplier. Did not expect this behaviour from such brand. I think this is what Niyaz biryani teaches in their hotel management ? Need to think twice before going to Niyaz biryani, Gokak, Belgaum or any branches out there.

Taste is not good. Chicken and Rice not cooked properly. Not felt well.
U must give good service. We came to Gokak from Belagavi City. There is a lot of difference between Belagavi Niyaz Hotel & Gokak Niyaz hotel.
