They wrote the wrong name on the cake even though I wrote it out on the piece of paper. I mean it's someone's birthday, their special day and you just wanna ruin that. I mean it's the very least you can do. And I feel like there is more cream than cake. Is that what I'm paying big bucks for. Needless to say I'm upset on my birthday and very disappointed with customer service‍ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There's a variety of stuffs ranging from pastries, cakes to tea and coffee. I liked the chicken sandwich but the butterscotch pastry was not that great. Chocolate mousse cake was also a little dry in comparison with other places. The atmosphere is pleasant but needs more lights. Overall, good place to hangout with friends. Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

It was totally disappointing for us as the lady keep passing comments and the way she judge people's it was really rude and cheap and unacceptable please fire the lady I really hate her so much and they all were not really listening to us they acted like a deaf and the service was so worse and the quality of the desserts were so dry never ever coming to this again beltola repose is much better then yours please guys don't visit this repose buy from beltola.
