Money west they charge 150 per thali and item are very less they provides only1 alu baji and 1 mix sabji and 2 types of daal (yellow and kala) but thali price is 150 rupees and they took 1hr to serve the order, for a piece of fish they charge 140 rupees and test is very worst Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hi, I’m here to give my honest feedback about my experience dining at the Biryani Kingdum near downtown hospital. The interior of the restaurant was good but the food and service was poor. The waitresses were very casual and didn’t feel welcomed. As for the food, for starters i wanted to order peri-peri fries but they gave me salted fries and when I enquired about it the waitress gave me an eye roll. For beverages, the restaurant was poorly stocked with beverage items like black tea, red tea, green tea, black coffee. In the end I had to order lassi that too it tasted very bad and not even chilled. As for the water, they gave me normal stating that it’s winter and they don’t provide chilled water. I mean like is it a restaurant or a hospital?? For the mains, I ordered Kolkata Chicken Biryani, it was average as the chicken and rice didn’t have any flavour at all and it was not even warm.
