We had a very bad experience at this hotel during our stay on 04/09/2025 to 07-09/2025. The room was unclean, AC not working, rude staff and When we raised complaints, there was no proper response from the staff. To make things worse, they charged us for an extra day even though we didn’t stay, and refused to refund the amount. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and honest service. There are much better options available nearby.

The service was good but the washrooms were very very disgustingly dirty we changed two rooms and both of the washrooms were really bad

Neat and tidy place, parking is a bit congested though, good place and great breakfast.
