Excellent Stay with Exceptional Service at Regenta Inn Palacio de Goa! My recent stay at Regenta Inn Palacio de Goa was truly delightful, and a big part of that was due to the incredibly helpful and attentive staff. From the moment I checked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and any questions or requests I had were addressed promptly and with a smile. Their dedication to guest satisfaction really made a difference. The hotel itself boasts a fantastic central location in Panjim, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's key attractions, local markets, and even the beautiful Mandovi river. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing space after a day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast spread, which offered a great variety of delicious options to start the day. While the hotel has a charming, established feel, the overall positive experience, especially the outstanding service, certainly outweighed any minor considerations. Had a truly wonderful stay at Palacio de Goa! The property is posh, well-maintained, and offers a serene and scenic view that makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and clean with a great aesthetic touch. The location is spot-on, peaceful yet close to popular spots, making it super convenient. The hospitality was warm and welcoming. Onida TV was kept in the room however it was black and white. The room was good and the AC was also working. The staff members were polite and courteous. Breakfast was delectable and the variety was good enough. Service: 4
