Situated in the heart of Panaji Carnival bar and restaurant offers some lip-smackingly delicious Indo-Chinese cuisine. Based on the theme of Carnival it is decorated with carvinal masks giving the ambiance the Goan carnival vibe s. The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile. The service is impeccable and fast.We had1. Chicken schezwan chilly: juicy chicken pieces tossed in schezwan sauce with and loaded with garlic is a must-try.Honey Ginger Chicken:. The chicken was coated with a sweet sauce and you could get the slight hint of ginger through the dish. The accompanying with a mild and refreshing salad.Chicken vindaloo: The taste of the chicken vindaloo with a spicy ginger-based gravy was close to the authentic Goan dish. The butter garlic naan was a perfect accompaniment to the main dish.Gulab Jamun with Ice cream: The perfect balance of the hot Gulab jamun with the creamy cold ice cream is perfect if you have a sweet tooth. The addition of pista provided a nice crunch to the dish.
