Overall, my experience was excellent. With its central location, well-maintained rooms, delicious food, and thoughtful service, I highly recommend Hotel Gwalior Regency and would gladly return on my next visit.

Fraud people recently we booked for my sister's marriage, they did fraud in all aspects. 1. We booked for 300 people package and only 210 people actually attended function. Even then hotel not able to serve. 2. No proper food arranged for bride and groom. They have not served most of the things to them even though they were available. 3. When we booked the hotel, mandap supposed to be lower hall. But thes fraud regency people booked that hall to someone else and put mandap in main hall that caused no space to sit for people at main function. 4. We already conveyed them regarding all timings in advance but still they didn't served next day breakfast to bride and groom. 5. There were miscalculation in their charges. 6. Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. 7. May be regency owners are not aware of wrong doing of there staff. 8. Worst, as we already them in advance that vidai will be after 12 pm still they started cleaning hall and throwing garbage on guests to forcefully make them leave. Service: 1

The good things about this hotel are excellent location, superior room quality, competitive pricing and good facilities. The booking process was smooth and we were met with good hospitality by the duty manager at around midnight which even being late was politely handled by the night staff of the The sour experience we had with Hotel Gwalior Regency was with one of their daytime managers at the front desk. Incidentally, during checking out we were rudely called back from our car to the reception by the said manager to strangely, 'enquire' about one of the towels getting some stains on it. We weren't sure why the duty manager put us in an embarassing spot there but this kind of behavior doesn't suit hotels of such a reputation and will seriously make me rethink about suggesting the hotel to any travelers. The hotel is a decent option to stay at Gwalior otherwise. Service: 2
