I had the worst experience at a hotel in Gwalior, especially after paying Rs 7,918 for two nights. 1. I did not receive warm water for bathing on either of the two consecutive days in the morning, despite complaining to the staff. 2. On the second day, after paying for breakfast, I was told that it would not be served because they claimed you are late & I did not pick up the call, and they closed the breakfast. I suggest that anyone looking for a good experience should avoid staying at this hotel. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2
