Have been visiting regal since I was a child and today I visited again with my mother we ordered masala dosa, once chicken fried rice and drums of heaven however today there were less people so the staff were little attendant but other days even if we call them they don't seem to bother and just look around for other staffs and my main concern is that i am very disappointed by today's food that was served firstly the fried rice was smelling and stale and it did not taste fresh and was just half warm and the most disgusting part was the drumstick which is drums of heaven it was overly coated with all the batter and i found the skin and the *furs of chicken on it i highly don't recommend to eat this and even the dosa didn't tasted good today it was tasting sour and the masala was so blunt felt like we were eating dosa with just boiled potato without salt and any flavour.. I paid the full bill despite my concern I didn't want other people eating to loose their appetite I feel like they are not serving fresh food and also if they are maintaining hygiene why did i found all fur in the chicken next time I will hardly recommend anyone to visit there again.. please look into your hygiene and freshness of food i could have raised concern on the moment itself but I didn't want to do this in front of the customers..take my words I didn't even felt like clicking the picture of that furs i lost the appetite the moment I saw that didn't expected this..
