Great vibe, mediocre food (pizzas sucked). I do love a strong, well made drink, but this wasn’t balanced well, and the LIIT tasted like extra alcohol was just dumped into the glass. Service was great! Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Worst management. I visited this place on 14th Feb 2026 with my husband. We made 3 days prior booking from district app by paying some cover charges. While we reached the venue before time they said that they are full house and no table is available. We have to wait at bar area. They also bluffed that they made call to inform us about the same but we didn’t pick up the call. After waiting for more than 45 minutes we left the place and no one was giving any damn to customers and waiters were behaving very rudely. This place just keeping on because of the hype. Later we went to 10 Downing Street and within 10 minutes of waiting got place. Do not visit Refinary 091 if you’re expecting some professionalism!!

Overall experience is good but not that great. Food was not up to the mark. Ambience was okay type. There is a room for improvement in food service.
