The place is quite big, food was delicious. I really liked the staff service and them asking and verifying everything during order specially with price to make sure unexpected things do not appear at the end. One star deducated for them added 8% service charge on the bill which customers generally don't notice. Its not something mandatory and should be based on customer. Its a tip, not a mandatory tax. We asked to get it removed. Next while booking they asked how many people, gender ratio etc which makes no sense and still gave us sitting on the 1st floor which we didn't care about. The whole place was empty for 19:00 on a Saturday. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600

we had a booking at the refinery 091 sector 5 Kolkata at 5 pm on 06.09.2025.There was an official booking at the same place which we were never made aware of.At 6 pm, the official team was provided with mike and music was stopped.we were forced to listen to their rewards and recognition events along with slide share.we did not receive any help from them and were forced to comply for 90 mins or clear the bills.not even management was called to address this mess.pathetic experience.non co operative staff.
