Disappointed!I’ve visited Refinery 91 for corporate parties in the past, and the service was decent. However, my recent visit with a group of 7 was utterly disappointing. Despite being paying customers, we were treated unfairly just because we availed a table reservation discount on Zomato. The staff crammed us into a space meant for 4 people and refused to arrange proper seating, even after repeated requests. I completely understand that it was crowded but that could have been intimated before accepting booking of 7 heads.The floor manager was unhelpful and indifferent to our concerns, asking us to adjust. To make matters worse, when two of my mates went to dance, they were rudely shooed away, claiming this space was reserved. Ironically, the group that had reserved it had no issue sharing the space. The food was overpriced for what it offered—ordinary flavors with no standout dishes. For the hefty price tag, some of the items which we ordered were not up to the mark. Expected better.It’s clear that the pub discriminates based on how much you spend. For a place that charges premium prices, such unprofessional behavior by the staff and average food are unacceptable. Request management to please take note of such incidents.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Refinery. The waiters were rude, uncooperative, and completely unprofessional. They seemed ignorant of their own job, ignored our requests, and behaved as if they were doing us a favor. For a place that charges such high prices, the least you expect is decent service. Sadly, this was far from it. Definitely not worth the money or the experience.
