I have an obsession with rooftop restaurants and cafes it's actually the main reason I chose Capella to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. The food was good, the staff were very polite and professional, and the service was quick, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed that they weren’t serving in the open rooftop area. For some reason, it wasn't accessible, and that kind of defeated the whole purpose of choosing this place. I specifically picked Capella for the rooftop view, so it was a bit of a letdown. If you're going for the rooftop experience, you might want to check in advance whether it's available. Service: 5
