Visited this place after seeing food bloggers rave about this place and their weekend special arrangement. However, to our utter disappointment it is not as good as shown in reels. The SERVICE is hands down the WORST I have ever experienced. The price of their food items and beverages are almost 5-star-level, I wish their service also matched 5-star. We ordered Shrimp Gyoza and a pizza. These items were delivered on time. And then we ordered pasta and dessert, however, after waiting for almost an hour we did not get the pasta and the cheesecake. We were leaving and asked for the bill, and they had the audacity to add the pasta and the cheesecake to the bill and handing it to us. Rectifying the bill took another 8-10minutes. There is just one man taking orders. It is sad to see that a place like AltAir cannot cater to their customers.P.S - They also charged 10% service charge for their horrible service.

Me and my partner went there yesterday for Saturday night special with prior reservation to celebrate my birthday however to our disappointment we had to wait over an hour in the waiting area just to get our seat in their rooftop. Moreover, after getting our seat in the rooftop, we had to wait another 30-40 mins just to get the food menu even though we've asked for the menu multiple times. It was very crowed and the servers were rushing all over the place and failed to provide service promptly. we were served our dishes after waiting for another 15-18 mins. To our surprise the food was very good, the quality, taste and portions were nice too. Another thing I didn't not like apart from their poor service was the loud bass beats. The live singer was an absolute gem, his voice was so pleasing but the background music and the loud bass beats were too much to bear after 30 mins. it was exhausting to the ears and not pleasing. The ambience was so magical, open and enchanting with all the candle light yet the loud drum beats ruined the mood for me. Should have incorporated a few soft and slow paced songs. Overall the place, ambience, food was great but the service was not up to the mark.

We had Diwali Business Party at the AltAir- Capella Restaurant. Food and Drinks were great. As it was a business party, we opted for a set menu. Food were tasty and service was great. We had 3 Veg and 3 Non-Veg starters followed by Main course and Desserts. Alcoholic drinks, Cocktail and Mocktail options were also there. The view of SaltLake and NewTown from the Rooftop Lounge was awesome. I have shared few snaps of the views.
