Very poor service. Only name is rabbit cafe , but , service is like a tortoise. I had ordered via Zomato for train delivery in Chennai mail at palakkad railway station today. Food was supposed to be delivered at 10 pm at by seat. Since they delayed the preparation, Zomato couldn't deliver the parcel. So now iam going to sleep without having any food. Very poor customer service. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Service: 1
