Our experience was very worse . The burger we tried was beaf Steak burger , it even was not hot . Ordered around 12:36 we got by 1:30 . The patty they refering was fresh . I don't think it's fresh . It was not tasty .Burger should not be hold in hand . It is like burger is within hand . Dears , who love to eat good burgers . I don't thinks Burger tree is a best option . It will be worst option . The price is very overpriced .priced around more than 300 . We ordered lemonide and ice tea. It was not a lemonide actually. Burger lovers or Fast food lovers never ever try this place . Food: 1 Service: 1 Price per person: ₹600–800

Hi Anila,Thank you for sharing this. I’m truly sorry for your experience—waiting close to an hour and receiving a burger that wasn’t hot is unacceptable and far from our standards. Our patties are cooked to order and should be served hot, properly assembled, and easy to hold. We’re reviewing our kitchen and service logs for the 12:30–1:30 slot to understand what went wrong and will retrain the team on temperature checks, assembly, and ticket timing.We’ll also check the lemonade and iced tea batches from that day to make sure the recipe and quality were as they should be.
