I don't know anything about the rooms of this hotel but I ordered food online from Zomato, a chicken thali in which I found a dead cockroach. No one should order food from this hotel. If you want to risk your life and fall ill, then you can fall ill by eating food from this hotel.

Located on prime area of Kolhapur City, dhabollkar corner near Centra Bus Stand so any one cas easily access to place. This is a hotel serves everything/ they have various menu list.Food tastes not good not bad it's ok. I went few years back but didn't get time to click photos but ordered food recently in kolhapur days like garlic chilli toast etc. It tastes good. Menu is kid friendly. This hotel also has a banquet roof top space for birthday parties , etc. One of my friend stayed with family here they said Hotel is clean and hygenic,Staff is polite and helpful Prices are moderate, lt has lift for stroller / users additionally Ample Parking space for two/four wheelers. We had booked 2 rooms at Hotel 3 leaves, Kolhapur – 1 Suite room and 1 standard AC room in the 1st week of May 2025. The hotel is situated in a busy thoroughfare in Kolhapur but the security personnel deployed at the entrance ensured that we immediately got a safe & reserved car parking. They also have ample parking at the basement & good assistance by the security personnel there too. The stay was quite good with very courteous front office staff. Appreciate the assistance provided by Amol and Uday. The suite room was excellent and quite comfortable for my elderly parents. The hotel had a decent breakfast menu too. Overall, I would say that the hotel is being managed very well and we had an excellent stay. Service: 5
