Not very impressed by the place. 1. Pasta was full of salt and upon complaining he took same dish and added some sauce so it was full of sauce no spaghetti. We again complain then he again put more sauce, we requested replacement with other dish which he denied. 2. Place is very claustrophobic. People sitting on different table can hear your conversations. 3. Prices are high according to ambience and quality of food served. 4. Cutlery was all disposable and after one dish it became wet and dirty and no replacement was given of cutlery even. 5. Loaded garlic bread was not also upto the mark. One of the best places for global cuisine in Jaipur. The vibe is bohemian, the servers are hospitable. Good things take time and so does the food here, leave your fast food personality at home if you are visiting Red Coal. I savored the tofu basil rice, quesadillas, mezze platter, falafel wraps, bruschetta and penne pesto. Our table agreed that every flavor was on point. Ingredients were fresh and contributed to the overall taste composition of each dish that we ordered. The hearty tofu basil rice and the mezze platter were my personal favorites, given the brilliant winter evening. Special mention to the Bruschetta for the manner in which the tomato and pesto were brought together, a rare cohesion of flavors which is not easily seen elsewhere.
