The cake you enquired about was a customized cake, and such orders are priced based on the selected flavour along with additional charges for custom design work. At the time of your enquiry, our staff member was a trainee, and since the chef was unavailable then, we honestly informed you that the base flavour cost would be ₹1300, and that the final price would be confirmed after reviewing the design requirements. You had kindly agreed to this process. Once our chef was available after 2 PM, the complete costing was discussed and shared with you transparently. As the final price did not align with your expectation, the order was mutually dropped. We would like to sincerely assure you that it was never our intention to pressure you or make you uncomfortable regarding pricing. For the past 9 years, we have always upheld transparency and uncompromised quality, which remains our core value. While this experience was a little disappointing for us as well, we genuinely respect your feedback and will definitely take all your points into consideration to improve further.
