On 11th October 2025, at the Brookefields Mall KFC outlet Coimbatore, I placed my order through the self-ordering machine at 5:33 PM (as per the staff’s advice) and received the confirmation inbox message by 5:40 PM. I waited patiently, but even after more than an hour, my order wasn’t ready. When it was finally given after another 10–15 minutes, there was no apology or proper explanation from the staff just complete indifference.Because of this long delay, I even missed my return bus from Coimbatore, which caused a lot of stress, inconvenience, and extra expense. This kind of poor service and lack of customer care is unacceptable from a reputed brand like KFC. Really disappointing experience — would not recommend this branch to anyone.
