Serving cold food from the fridge. If we want to report they say wait for 45mins. Choco lava cake was like frozen thar. Customers are paying for your food and service. Understand and respect that please. Heating a choco lava cakes doesn't take more than 45sec. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very Disappointing Experience at KFC, Brookfield Mall, Coimbatore (15 March 2025) I visited the KFC outlet at Brookfield Mall on 15 March 2025, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. The behavior of the manager was absolutely unacceptable. There was a long queue for billing, but no staff were available to take delivery orders, which meant customers were being made to wait without any communication or assistance. I arrived around 1 PM on a Saturday during peak hours, and the situation got worse when the manager came to the billing counter and started a discussion with the staff. She took all the cash from the counter and then proceeded to count it for a long time while we continued waiting. To make matters worse, when they finally started billing the first customer, the staff informed her that they had no change. The customer had to leave to find her husband, who was waiting in the food court, to get more money. This caused even more delay, and everyone in the queue was left waiting for an unnecessarily long time. When some of us questioned the long wait and the lack of organization, the manager's response was rude and dismissive. She told us, "If you want to stand here, you can; otherwise, go and eat something else from the food court." This lack of customer care and poor management is unacceptable. I expected better service from a reputed brand like KFC. I won't be visiting again anytime soon unless improvements are made. Food: 4
