Extremely disappointing experience. The food is one thing, but the attitude of a few staff members here was completely unacceptable. Not all employees were rude, but certain staff were dismissive and clearly uninterested in helping. There was no basic courtesy, no effort to listen, and a clear lack of professionalism. It felt like asking a simple question was treated as an inconvenience. When you’re paying what KFC charges, the bare minimum expectation is respectful behaviour, and that standard wasn’t met by those staff members. I’ve visited many KFC outlets, and this was easily one of the worst experiences in terms of customer handling. Management seriously needs to step in and address this issue through proper training and supervision. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
