Hands down our favourite meal in India. The food was delicious and had great variety. So much flavour for an entirely vegetarian menu. We had dinner here and it was around $8AUD per person or 3600 rupees total. A must visit if you are in Rishikesh. Rawat restaurant is situated at Laxman Jhoola Marg, Tapovan in Rishikesh. It's very close to Laxman Jhoola, near Laxman Jhoola Parking. The restaurant is just Dhaba Type of set up and serves is Indian and south Indian cuisine with breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's an average type of restaurant. Dosa, parantha and a few other items can be had in breakfast while per plate and Thali system can be had in lunch and dinner. The food served to us in dinner was very spicy. They charge neither very high nor low. In the same vicinity, a few more restaurants also function.
