Respected Mam ! Sorry for Inconvenience ...... And Thanks for being our regular customer since a Childhood and for your Genuine Reply .....The above opinions is typical one's of few customers who faces such problems..... Kindly call on our Customer Support No :- +919669091244 and do share more details, so thay we can take proper action need for it .....Here , I am sharing the Owner's Opinion, which might impact the above opinion of customer ...Sometime situations are not in our control.... and something can goes wrong un-noticed .... There can be few reasons other than profit.... ( since profit is necessity of business for its survival , but we are not gaining more .... do compare the raw material and labour cost prices a decade ago with that of now , then anyone can anticipate itself ) ....Possible Reasons:-Ones of few reason may be shortage of Quality Raw Material at that period , resulting in either unavailability of it in Market Place Or rocket Hike in prices of it , that goes out of our reach (since we can't change the prices as frequently as that of raw material price fluctuations).Secondly, sometimes the staff are in leave ( i.e expert in a particular goods) for whatsoever reason, resulting in handling by a less experience ones..... which can raise a issue in food preparation process ...... And most probably its gets un-notices just by seeing its appearance ..... ( For Example , ones can't tell that :- whether it is more salty or not , more sweeter or not, etc) and so on.....Possible Solutions:-"Prevention is Better than Cure":-We offer a small quantity as a free sample for every item , we sale.... So , do ask for sample to taste first along with pricing (its your right) ,then decide ; Do Buy only if you find yourself , its worthy and satisfying to buy .....This will be the best option for Customers , inorder to avoid any situation like that is mention in this review....Contact on Our Customer Support Number :- +919669091244And do share you experience, suggestions and complaints.Return the inappropriate item along with proper reason, indicating the problem/issue faced ...... as soon as possible (immediately or within hours if possible..... Since , eatables are perishable .... and their quality gets naturally degraded with time ....) , so that we can investigate for it .....
