I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Ramdev. The staff was not attentive, and the waiting time was extremely long. The service overall was very poor. When I complained to one of the staff members about the issue, he casually replied that they have a shortage of staff, which is not an acceptable excuse for such poor service. Later, I informed the billing counter staff about the situation, but he didn’t even bother to look at us or respond properly. This kind of behavior is shameful and reflects a lack of professionalism.
