Ram ashraya is one of the best places in Mumbai to try authentic South Indian food. They say they open up at 6am but when I reached there sharp at 6am they were already up and running and the place was packed. I went there for their ghee podi dosa but they don’t serve dosa before 7am. So sat there and tried half their menu. Ghee podi idli 7/10. Firm coffee 10/10. Sabudana Wada 11/10. Podi upma 8/10. Medu Wada 7/10. Ghee podi dosa 10/10 I have also tried their Mysore pak in the past and it just melts in your mouth. Must visit.
