Extremely Disappointing Experience & Zero Hospitality For anyone considering this place: please rethink your choice before wasting your time and expecting decent service. There are many better restaurants that truly value their customers—unfortunately, this one does not. I recently visited Hotel Rama Krishna with my family (a group of seven), and the experience was shockingly disappointing from the moment we walked in. Despite the staff asking us to come inside, we were not given a proper seat. Instead, they made us shift from one place to another three to four times, completely ignoring our comfort and convenience. Things got even worse when we politely asked the waiter to take our order once we finally got a table. Not only did he ignore us, but he also behaved rudely. When we said that if the order wouldn’t be taken, we would prefer to leave, the waiter aggressively opened the door and asked us to go—an attitude that was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The level of arrogance and lack of basic hospitality we experienced was unbelievable. No courtesy, no empathy, and certainly no service standard that any family would expect when visiting a restaurant. For anyone considering this place: please rethink your choice before wasting your time and expecting decent service. There are many better restaurants that truly value their customers—unfortunately, this one does not. Service: 1
