I stopped by Rajubhai Dhoklawala and ordered their Nylon Dhokla and the special Pizza Dhokla. The dhokla here is arguably the best—it’s always fresh, perfectly soft, and delicious. The Nylon Dhokla is a classic winner, and the Pizza Dhokla is a fun, unique fusion that is definitely worth trying for its taste. However, the prices are noticeably high. While the quality is top-tier, the cost for these two items felt steep, especially when compared to other local farsan shops. It's a premium price for a premium product.
