Awesome food, it reached to us cold due to batch order by ZOMATO, not a fault of restaurant, next time will prefer to order directly from Restaurant to ensure we get hot and fresh food

I had a really bad experience at Monopoly. First, I ordered the Harissa Chilli Burger. It was okay, not that great. Then I ordered Peri Peri Fries, and they were the worst. When I took the first bite, they didn’t taste like Peri Peri at all. They looked more like Chat Masala fries, not Peri Peri fries. When I mentioned that they didn’t taste like Peri Peri, they replied, "Ab kya karu?" I asked for Schezwan sauce, and they served it. But after having 2–3 bites, I felt it was so salty that I couldn’t eat it. When I paid the bill, I told them these were the worst fries I’ve ever had. They just took the money and said nothing. It seems like customer satisfaction is not important to them. If you visit, don’t order the Peri Peri Fries. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1
