The branch in Jankalyan Nagar, Malad has been hiking the prices of cakes than the normal price for years and people are not aware. Upon confrontation, they agreed to hiking the prices. However, they continue to do the same. Please look into this and add a price list in store. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway

I recently visited Monginis Cake Shop at Jankalyan Nagar, by the fire brigade, and had a disappointing experience. I purchased a Rasmalai cake, which turned out to be the worst Rasmalai cake I’ve ever eaten. The Rasmalai was stale, and the cake itself was tasteless and unappealing. It was truly a letdown, especially considering the positive reputation Monginis generally has. The only saving grace was the Paneer Tikka Roll, which was thankfully perfect. However, this does not make up for the poor quality of the cake. This experience has left me hesitant to visit this outlet again, as I am concerned about the consistency and quality of their products. It’s unfortunate, but I won’t be returning to this Monginis location in the future. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200
