Very disappointing experience with Krishna Restaurant A/C. I ordered through Zomato and paid for additional items, but they were not included in the order. Some items that were supposed to come with the meal were also missing.I even wrote a note requesting the food to be less oily and less spicy, but it seems like that was completely ignored. The food that arrived was still very oily and spicy.I tried contacting the restaurant through messages and phone calls but received no response at all. Taking customers’ money and not providing what was ordered is unacceptable. If a business cannot fulfill orders properly or respond to complaints, they should not be operating in the food business.
