Rainforest Athirapally is truly a unique place. It feels far from the noise of the city and you can always hear the sound of the waterfall, which makes it very peaceful. The resort is well maintained and the Kerala Sadhya served at lunch is delicious. We went on a morning trek to the waterfalls, which was just a 15 minute walk from the resort – a wonderful experience. We stayed there for two days and it was totally worth it. The staff are very friendly and take care of everything you need. We even had a small celebration there. The chef is young but very talented and his food tastes amazing. The cake served during high tea was also really tasty. Even after it gets dark you can still see the waterfall and it gives a different but beautiful feeling. No other resort nearby can match the experience you get at Rainforest Athirapally. It’s a place you must visit at least once in your life. Service: 4
