Hi to my most favourite place and people in Samroha resort . so we have stayed a week in this place no exaggeration it was memorable experience.. I must speak about the hospitality and staff who carried it with ease. I always used to wonder can anyone in the world say YES to all the things we ask? But i agreed and it’s true when I visited Niraamaya .. Talking about this resort I must say it is amalgamation of beauty and comfort. No doubt the place and property is scenic but management has taken all the care to keep us comfortable. I must mention Mr. Devansh ji and Mr.Danny are huge catalyst to enjoy our stay there. As they plan the day for the guest so perfectly that it can never go wrong or boring. A huge shoutout for you both. How can I forget the Mr. Sinton and Mr. Kiran who made sure that we are fed well with our favourite food and to my surprise when I asked him for Onam lunch all of a sudden with a smile he said yes to it and arranged everything. I belong to Hyderabad so a break from busy life, heavy traffic is all that I needed but in bonus I got some good people who does everything with a smile on their face which reflects their love and passion towards providing good memories to their guests. We enjoyed jeep safari, campfire and more over a special mention and big shout out to spa staff. Thank you once again for all the effort put in by staff and front office to make sure that we are safe and happy in midst of forest valley. Visit you soon Service: 5

Property location & view is very good, you don’t have to go to see waterfalls if you stay here. Food is not very good, pls chk they charged us for high tea which was never mentioned nor anyone at hotel informed us. Mostly none of the five star hotels charge for high tea. It’s not matter of amount but a way of approach & it must be informed. Though the high tea was pathetic, we were charged for it. Not fit to be a five star property. Service: 3

We enjoyed our stay 10/10 The view on the revere was amazing, the staff were friendly and the food is stunning The welcome drink is so refreshing with cinnamon & honey. They arrange for a safari trip which was amazing. Also we had a lovely yoga class for couples. Than you for your kindness and generosity Service: 5
