This Nahari is popular for its Mughlai flavors, but the taste may not appeal to everyone. The nahari is mildly spiced and lacks the depth of flavors found in Delhi’s nihari, which is richer and more robust. The kulcha are awesome, it is very soft. Compared to Delhi’s nihari, especially from places like Karim’s or Kallu Nihari, Raheem’s version is lighter and less intense in spice and aroma.
