stay away from this place if you are looking for good Italian food. the restaurant says they serve Italian, Chinese, north cuisines. The food also taste a mix of all. Nachos we ordered straight out of Doritos packet which was funny and frustrating. Salsa was great though. Garlic bread was ok. The pesto pasta we got has green peas in it. First time for me but it was not bad. Then it went downhill from there. Pizza has everything but taste. It was leaving a little sour taste on palette. base was leaving a lot to be desired and tasted like ready made bought though i see they make it in the restaurant. Lasagna was a real deal breaker. The cheese tasted sour and stale. When we checked with staff, they said we use the purest and freshest of Nandini cheese everyday and it’s our palette that needs to be checked. Asked the staff to taste the cheese but i have not seen them doing so. Staff one after another told us that this is the fourth lasagna they made today and so far they heard no complaints. I wouldn’t know what others got but i can very well tell what is a fresh cheese and what is not. Since my family's health is more important we didn’t consume the dish and settled the bill and left. They gave me 15% discount on the bill which is like half of lasgne’s price. The place and food doesn’t look anything like the photos and reels one can find on social media. Service leaves a lot to be desired. Got water 30 minutes into the meal. Can’t charge premium and provide this kind of food, taste and service. Not going back again. Absolutely loved my experience at Ragoos in Jayanagar! Their pizzas and pastas are hands down some of the best in the area, and now they’ve also launched North Indian cuisine—which is just as amazing. Everything we tried was full of flavour and beautifully presented. The ambience is warm, cozy, and perfect for a relaxed meal, whether you’re going with friends or family. The staff deserves a special mention—they are super attentive, polite, and make you feel genuinely welcomed. I truly loved the food and the overall vibe of this place.
