This 1 star is in regard to the Swiggy orders and at the Jayanagar outlet. I’m not sure if it’s happening in other outlets too. Every time I put in an order I always receive a different ice cream. Therefore most of the time I pick it up from the outlet myself unles I have no choice. I do get a refund for the wrong delivery but that’s not the point, and no one picks up calls there eitherIt’s sad that there’s no accountability there. This is how good businesses run to the ground. Just a well wishes. Plz check on ur business , unnecessary loss.

For some reason, jayanagar milano ice cream parlour is not a favourite... The staffs are rude for no reason. Crowded. Not much options as compared to Koramangala n indiranagar outlets. The cafe staffs are very well mannered n sweet. - 5 star
