Nice place for gaming.Rates are reasonable only 100 rupees/hour for PS5 games..There is also a shop downstairs to buy tea and snacks.There’s a big ground for parking.Downside is the difficulty to find the place.It is located a bit inside while coming from Seaport Airport road from Kakkanad side you have to take the service road before the Infopark Expressway Arch and then take a left before the Arabian Palace complex.
