No idea about the food and drinks, but the service is horrible and rude. We booked a table at 10.30 PM, but when we reached there the staff at the lobby informed us that the bar closes at 11 but since we booked they would surely manage to serve us. Unfortunately the lady at the bar, (didn't check her name) was not in the mood to serve. Apparently the last slots are exclusively for people who just wanna grab one drink and leave and are not welcome for us. She also coached us on the fact that all bars in kerala close at 11 pm and we should have known it. I could only laugh, my brain was not wired to accept such an unprofessional and rude response from the staff of such a big branded hotel. We talked with a manager and he was understanding and apologetic, unfortunately our date night was ruined and well, we need to figure out something. As far as this place is concerned Stay away! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
