We visited Radhakrishna Restaurant to celebrate a birthday, but unfortunately it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. We ordered Manchow soup, chilly paneer, Manchurian, burnt garlic fried rice, triple Schezwan fried rice, and Hakka noodles. The issues started right from the beginning: 1. The fried noodles served with the Manchow soup had a strong unpleasant smell and tasted stale—almost like they had been stored for weeks. This was quite off-putting. 2. Triple Schezwan fried rice – We had ordered the same dish during our previous visit and it was excellent, which is why we repeated it. However, this time the rice tasted stale and tangy. The gravy served along with it had Manchurian balls that tasted like they were not fresh and possibly prepared days earlier. 3. Hakka noodles – Again, the same issue. The noodles tasted stale, like food prepared a few days ago. I understand that dishes are cooked after ordering, but the freshness of ingredients, sauces, and pre-prepared items is questionable. We even requested the waiter to have the chef check the noodles, and to his credit, the chef agreed the taste was not right and asked the staff not to include Hakka noodles in the bill. To be fair, burnt garlic fried rice, chilly paneer, and Manchurian were good. At the end, I asked to speak with the manager. Mr. Vinay attended us, but instead of listening to the feedback, he became defensive and argumentative when we raised concerns about the Manchurian balls. While they may have been freshly made, the question is about the freshness of the ingredients used to prepare them. I usually don’t write reviews, but the dismissive and arrogant response from the manager prompted me to share this experience. Overall, it was a waste of money, food, and a special occasion. We left with a spoiled mood instead of good memories. Thanks to Radhakrishna Restaurant for what was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very disappointing experience today evening at Radha Krishna Veg Cuisine. There were no South Indian snacks available, and even basic evening beverages like tea and coffee were not served. This is highly unacceptable for a restaurant. The ambience was dull with poor lighting, and the seating arrangement was extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the service was very slow and the staff behavior was not satisfactory. Overall, a completely unpleasant experience. I would strongly recommend not visiting this hotel unless they make major improvements in service, menu availability, and customer handling. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
