RKN Beach Resort in Puducherry is an excellent place to stay and unwind. The property has a private entrance to the beach and all amenities like pool, games, play area for kids and cycling are available. The rooms are well maintained and have private pools with shade, making it a great spot for some quiet time by the pool. The food is average but the complimentary breakfast offers a variety of continental and South Indian cuisines. The resort also has a great location and is easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful and the resort is clean and tidy. There are plenty of activities to keep both kids and adults entertained and the private access to the beach is an added advantage. The only downside is that the food can be a bit pricey and the restaurant service could be improved. All in all, RKN Beach Resort is a great place to visit for a memorable family trip or just a relaxing weekend getaway.

It’s an excellent property. Please note that the checkin time is 1400 Hrs so plan the checkin accordingly. The restaurant was crowded over the weekend and at one point the staff did not bother to refill the buffet. Food quality was good though. Breakfast options are standard with good quality. Dosa and eggs are made to order. The staff is courteous and well caring. Those who have said that the staff don’t care may have not treated them respectfully. We had no problem with them. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. Lots of facilities for children to keep them occupied from waking up to going back to bed. Swimming pool is also well maintained. During the weekday it has more chlorine but during the weekend it was good. The only negative I had was in the billing as we did not fully avail a service and it was billed and they did not have a choice to reverse it. Service: 4
