Chinese cuisine is well-cooked at this restaurant. A number of people find that mandi is good. The success of RASO RESTO would be impossible without the energetic staff. Food was okay. Ambience was okay for the location. Service was pathetic. Not at all welcoming at all. If you enter the place; nobody cares. Nobody will offer you a seat.
